This NOT TO BE MISSED one day workshop is designed exclusively for business school deans. We will explore strategies within the university and business school to respond proactively to public sector cuts and an increasingly challenging environment.
In particular, there will be presentations and small group discussions under Chatham House rules on reputation and quality management, governance, income generation, negotiations with top university officers on funding, faculty and student recruitment, lean management and strategic planning.
