Implementing Lean Management in Business Schools
Facilitator: Prof. Baback Yazdani, Dean, Nottingham Business School
How is your business school responding to Lord Mandelson's announcement that the Government is cut university funding in England by £533m and there will be no funding for extra student numbers for 2010-11?
On 15 March, 2010 at Warwick Business School we are giving you the opportunity to discover how several universities and business schools are implementing lean management in response to lean times.
Practitioners from UK business schools will share their experiences of implementing lean management in different sectors. Delegates will have the opportunity to discuss in small groups the feasibility and practicalities of implementing a lean management approach. We offer: Case studies and practical insights from the Universities of Aston, Cardiff, Nottingham Trent, St.Andrews and Warwick on avoiding waste while focusing on student experience. Small group interactive sessions on process mapping and lean management to create efficiencies and additional capacity. For flyer please *CLICK HERE*
